Jennifer Lopez showed off her fall style as she stepped out for lunch with a friend in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
The star, 55, looked radiant, despite her recent real estate nightmare, as her and estranged husband Ben Affleck’s, 52, $68M mansion remains unsold after 100 days on the market.
The singer rocked a chic blazer over a striped button-up tucked into a pair of oversized blue jeans.
Her pants were cinched with a brown belt, and she added height to her ensemble with towering brown platform heels.
The beauty toted a brown suede bag in her hand and shielded her eyes with a pair of pink glasses.

The actress — who filed for divorce from Affleck in August — wore her caramel-toned hair parted in the middle and styled straight.
Lopez recently narrowly avoided an awkward run-in with Affleck and his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, as they all attended the same event with their children in Brentwood.
The Atlas actress — who is ‘planning a major comeback’ next year following her split from the Oscar winner — was joined by one of her twins, Emme, 16, as well as a few pals for the nighttime outing.
It comes just two months after Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on August 20 – the same day as their second wedding anniversary.
The star shares Emme and Max, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony – whom she was married to from 2004 through 2014.
Affleck was also seen strolling through the same area alongside his ex-wife Garner, and their child Fin, 15. The former couple also share Samuel, 12, and Violet, 18 – who is currently away at college.
It’s been 100 days since Lopez and Affleck listed their Los Angeles estate, Crestview Manor, on the market for $68 million, ahead of their divorce filing.
The duo purchased the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate in May of 2023 for $60.8 million and re-listed the opulent 38,000 sq. foot abode earlier this year ahead of their imminent split.
They’re asking for $68 million after overseeing a series of renovations on the 5.2-acre property.
Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim told Realtor.com Monday that Lopez and Affleck needn’t worry about the sluggish start to the sale.

Lopez recently broke her silence on their split while talking to Interview Magazine – and described the separation as both ‘sad’ and ‘scary’
‘It would have been surprising for the house to sell in less than 100 days,’ The Oppenheim Group co-founder told the outlet. ‘Most homes of this magnitude are on the market for six months, and in many cases significantly longer.’
The home – which also features amenities such as a 5,000 sq. foot penthouse, guardhouse with tow bedrooms, caretaker home and garage that fits 12 cars – is also in competition with other high-end abodes in the greater Los Angeles area.
Oppenheim said that the exes should expect to take a financial hit when the home does sell.
‘It’s likely they will sell the house in the $58 million to $60 million range,’ the Netflix personality said, ‘thus they could lose several million dollars on the sale.’
Earlier last week, the actress broke her silence on their split while talking to Interview Magazine – and described the separation as both ‘sad’ and ‘scary.’
The singer also discussed taking time before jumping into another relationship in the future and explained, ‘You have to be healthy. You have to be complete, if you want something that’s more complete.’
‘You have to be good on your own. I thought I learned that, but I didn’t. And then, this summer, I had to be like, “I need to go off and be on my own. I want to prove to myself that I can do that.”‘
Jenifer then revealed whether she has any regrets in regards to her marriage with Ben. ‘Not one second. That doesn’t mean it didn’t almost take me out for good. It almost did,’ she stated, and revealed that she is ‘not looking for anybody.’
Lopez later candidly admitted that her split from Affleck was ‘f***ing hard’ and added, ‘It feels lonely, unfamiliar, scary. It feels sad. It feels desperate.’

‘She wants next year to be her best year ever to show the world her crummy love life did not get her down. She will rise,’ said a friend to DailyMail.com; seen in September in Toronto
And following the split, Lopez is planning a career major comeback in 2025 after Ben Affleck broke her heart in 2024.
‘She wants next year to be her best year ever to show the world her crummy love life did not get her down. She will rise,’ said a friend to DailyMail.com.
Lopez’s August 20, 2024 divorce filing came after months of speculation swirling around the relationship between the A-list singer-actress and actor-director.
Lopez and Affleck made headlines in 2021 when they rekindled their romance, nearly 17 years after calling off their original engagement and postponing their September 2003 wedding.
The couple made their red carpet return at the 2021 Venice Film Festival, and subsequently exchanged vows at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022.
The couple again exchanged vows at Affleck’s estate outside of Savannah, Georgia on August 20, 2022, two years to the day prior to Lopez’s divorce filing.
