    First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX : FCR.UN) annonce un programme de rachat d’actions. Dans le cadre de l’offre publique de rachat dans le cours normal des activités, la société rachètera jusqu’à 21 120 181 actions, représentant 9,94 % de son capital social émis. L’objectif de ce programme est de donner à la société une plus grande souplesse pour gérer son capital et créer de la valeur pour les détenteurs de parts.

    Toutes les parts rachetées seront annulées. Le programme expirera le 20 mai 2026 ou à une date antérieure si la société a terminé ses achats conformément à l’offre renouvelée. Au 7 mai 2024, la société comptait 212 420 872 parts émises et en circulation.
