In its first 12 months Your Property Box Worcester has achieved significant growth in instructions across both sales and lettings and team expansion to support increasing demand.
It also has a robust compliance and inspection process to keep landlords informed and protected, strong partnerships with new-build developers to support buyers and investors and over 70 five-star Google reviews praising the team’s professionalism, honesty and outstanding communication.
Many customers reference both Andy and Steph personally in their feedback, noting their calm approach, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.
A major part of its community commitment has been supporting the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust which is dedicated to raising awareness, helping families and funding vital research.
