One Utility Bill announces integration with Street

    September 4, 20253 Mins Read

One Utility Bill, the UK’s leading utility management specialists, has announced a new integration between its utility registration platform, Notify, and the estate and letting agent CRM, Street.co.uk.

The partnership enables letting agents to register tenant utilities automatically, directly from within the Street.co.uk platform.

By eliminating manual processes, Notify says it helps agents save over 53 hours of admin time per month, generate commission on every tenancy, and provide a smoother move-in experience.

    Making life easier for agents

With the Street.co.uk integration, agents benefit from:

    • Automatic data sync – Tenant, property, and move-in details flow straight from Street.co.uk into Notify.
    • Seamless registration – Agents continue working in Street.co.uk while the One Utility Bill team manages the utility registrations behind the scenes.
    • Fast setup – Accounts can be connected in minutes, allowing agents to start saving time and boosting revenue immediately.

For tenants, the integration removes unnecessary hassle and uncertainty at move-in, helping agents provide a seamless, professional service that builds confidence and trust.

    A growing ecosystem of integrations

Notify already integrates with a range of CRMs including Reapit, SME Professional, and Acquaint, with more partnerships on the way. The addition of Street.co.uk marks another major step in One Utility Bill’s mission to simplify utility management for agents, landlords, and tenants.

Shay Jones, Growth & Sales Director at One Utility Bill, said the integration highlights the company’s long-standing goal of reducing stress for agents and tenants.

“Our mission has always been to make utility management simple and hassle-free for everyone involved in the lettings process,” she said.

“With Street.co.uk joining our growing list of integration partners, we are giving agents an even more streamlined way to register tenant utilities through platforms they already know and trust.

“The response from Street.co.uk users has been fantastic, with strong interest in this new integration and excellent feedback from early adopters. We are excited to see the real-world impact this will have for agents and their tenants.

“Join Notify and integrate with street.co.uk and agents will receive a set commission of £15 for life (originally £12.50) as well as a brand new coffee machine worth over £300 for their office. This is an offer for new Notify customers only.”

Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street.co.uk, said: “Letting agents juggle countless tasks every day, and our goal at Street.co.uk has always been to take as much of that burden away as possible. This integration with One Utility Bill is a great example, working seamlessly in the background to remove another time-consuming admin job from agents’ to-do lists, while also giving tenants a smoother move-in experience.

“Great agents deserve great technology, and with integrations like this built directly into their CRM, we’re helping them deliver the kind of service that makes moving home feel effortless.”
