Dividend & Bonus This Week: Shares of prominent companies, including Can Fin Homes Ltd, Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) Ltd, Sylph Technologies Ltd, Unifinz Capital India Ltd and Space Incubatrics Technologies Ltd will be in focus for one of the corporate actions – dividend, bonus issue and stock split – this week between December 12 to December 19.

Dividend Stocks This Week

Investors have to keep tracking on Can Fin Homes and IOC for ex-dividend. IOC declared a dividend of Rs 5 per share for shareholders, while setting the record date on December 18, 2025.

Meanwhile, Can Fin Homes board has fixed the date for the interim dividend on December 19, 2025.

Bonus Issue Ex-Date This Week

Several companies have announced bonus issue in different ratios whose ex-dates are falling this week. Bonus issue is corporate action in which the company gives additional shares to shareholders without any cost.

First of them is Moneyboxx Finance which announces a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1. The shares trade ex-date today, December 15.

Sylph Technologies Ltd shares will trade ex-date on December 17 for a bonus issue in the ratio of 5:11.

The pharma company Dr. PathLabs also announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1, meaning one extra share on one share held by the record date. The ex-date is December 19, 2025. Unifinz Capital India shares will also trade ex-date on the same date for the bonus issue in the ratio of 4:1.

Stock Split And Right Issue This Week

The only company that will trade e-date for stock split this week is Space Incubatrics Technologies Ltd. Shares will be split in 1:10 ratio.

Apart from stock split, Tilak Ventures and Krishival Foods’ shares will have ex-date on December 15 and December 17 respectively for right issue of equity shares.

Anirit Ventures also announced right issue with ex-date on December 18, 2025.
