    SF Real Estate Investment Trust a publié ses résultats pour l’exercice clos le 31 décembre 2024. Pour l’ensemble de l’année, la société a déclaré un chiffre d’affaires de 445,99 millions HKD, contre 444,92 millions HKD l’année précédente. La perte nette s’est élevée à 294,53 millions HKD, contre un bénéfice net de 219,47 millions HKD l’année précédente.

    La perte de base par action des activités poursuivies s’est élevée à 0,3632 HKD, contre un bénéfice de base par action des activités poursuivies de 0,2738 HKD il y a un an. La perte diluée par action des activités poursuivies s’est élevée à 0,3632 HKD, contre un bénéfice dilué par action des activités poursuivies de 0,2719 HKD il y a un an.
