Estate agency CRM platform, Rex Software, has announced the launch of Rex Hub, giving vendors real-time, self-serve access to information regarding their property sale.
From being able to track inspections and offers to marketing updates and performance insights, the platform humanises the digital-first experience, and allows agents to give their clients further involvement in the selling process.
Agents provide vendors with a unique and secure code that takes them to the portal in one click. They then have immediate access to critical campaign activity, documents, feedback, performance updates, offers and more.
Rex Hub puts the agent in control, with the ability to choose what the vendor sees during a property sale as well as the ability to customise the portal’s front end in their required colours and branding.
