    Public Property Invest acquiert un bien immobilier pour environ 90 millions d’euros

    La société immobilière norvégienne Public Property Invest (PPI) a acquis une propriété à Skien pour 89,7 millions de couronnes norvégiennes. C’est ce qu’indique un communiqué de presse.

    La propriété a une superficie d’environ 4 240 mètres carrés et est entièrement louée à l’Ibsen Theater, qui appartient à un certain nombre de municipalités. Le revenu locatif annuel est de 6,5 millions de couronnes norvégiennes et la durée restante du contrat est de 21 ans.

    “Cette propriété spécialisée avec une contrepartie publique sur un bail de longue durée correspond très bien à notre stratégie de portefeuille”, a déclaré Ilija Batljan, Chief Investment Officer chez PPI.

    La transaction sera clôturée le 25 avril.
