    Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited a tenu son assemblée générale annuelle des actionnaires 2025 le 23 avril 2025. L’assemblée a décidé d’approuver l’augmentation du nombre d’administrateurs et la nomination de nouveaux administrateurs, avec tous les détails proposés. La résolution a été approuvée comme suit : A approuvé l’augmentation du nombre d’administrateurs de 8 à 11 membres ; A approuvé la nomination de M. Sutep Dechrugsa en tant qu’administrateur indépendant ; A approuvé la nomination de M. Thanasak Chanyapoon en tant qu’administrateur indépendant ; et A approuvé la nomination de M. Chetawan Anuntasomboon en tant qu’administrateur indépendant.
