    « Nous devons penser le collaborateur comme un client »

    LA TRIBUNE — Cinq ans jour pour jour après l’annonce du premier confinement lié au Covid-19, comment l’environnement de travail a changé ?

    SEVERINE PILVERDIER — Après avoir mis en place des mesures immédiates pour réagir face au virus (fermeture du bureau, gestion de la distanciation, déploiement de solutions en urgence) et négocié avec les directions informatiques et financières pour défendre un budget, nous avons dû gérer le retour sur site dès 2021. Il a fallu rassurer nos collaborateurs en leur montrant que les mesures d’hygiène était bien respectées et faire avec les moyens mis à disposition, en mettant du ruban adhésif partout pour gérer la double circulation. Et pour cause !

    Au-delà des équipements matériels, nous devons penser le collaborateur comme un client à qui il faut fournir des services. Par exemple, la génération Z née dans les années 2000, qui arrive actuellement sur le marché du travail, est la génération des smartphones et a besoin de tout, tout de suite. Il lui faut de la flexibilité et de la responsabilité.
