Selling Sunset enthusiasts can plug the gap with another binge-worthy programme, which is dropping fresh episodes on Netflix this December.

The reality show tracks business titan Ryan Serhant and his estate agency SERHANT as they tackle the peaks and troughs of New York City property dealings.

The programme in question is Owning Manhattan, and series two is nearly upon us.

Serhant revealed to Tudum about series two: “It’s an emotional and physical roller coaster. There are records broken – $50 and $60 million purchases.

“There’s commercial development in the hundreds of millions of dollars.” He also hinted that fresh faces would be joining the squad.

Serhant indicated some estate agents were finding it tough to maintain pace, casting doubt over their prospects at the company.

He revealed: “We go from basically 300 agents in season one to crossing 1,000 agents in season two.

“Like any growing company, what got us here won’t get us there. That’s true for the types of properties we sell, for the markets we go into, and for the people that get to work with me.

“What makes our firm special is if you don’t sell, you can’t be here.”

All eight episodes of series two will land on Netflix on December 5.

The closing scenes of the series one finale witnessed Serhant being presented with the chance to flog an entire block of flats valued at over $300 million.

This thrilling opportunity instantly poses numerous demanding challenges for the estate agency. Season two also hints at “all-out real estate warfare” due to a shortage of properties, leaving buyers in the lurch.

Serhant reveals that there will be an increase in workplace disputes, high-risk deals and unexpected turns.

“People will be surprised to see who the villain is,” he stated. “It’s not who you think.”
