Morrisons’ head of property has stepped down after nearly nine years in the role as he looks to “explore new opportunities”.
David Scott joined the supermarket in September 2026 after previously working with JLL and Lloyds Banking Group.
During his time at Morrisons, he managed a UK property portfolio of over 500 stores and distribution centres.
In a post on LinkedIn, Scott said: “During my time at Morrisons, I’ve worked on many transformational projects, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together as a team.
“I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a dynamic, customer-focused business — one that I believe will continue to go from strength to strength under the stewardship of CEO Rami Baitieh.”
