    April 2, 20255 Mins Read

She has done everything from presenting and TV to homeware and books, after finding fame on The X Factor when she was just 19.

But what some fans won’t know is that Stacey Solomon has also reportedly racked up a very impressive property portfolio of at least four homes in the last four years, which are said to be worth roughly £6m.

The Loose Women star, 35, lives in a £1.2million Essex mansion nicknamed Pickle Cottage, complete with 2.5 acres of land and a swimming pool.

According to The Sun, Stacey has also bagged a further £1million worth of property through her firm Key Map Entertainments in the last year.

Companies House documents filed on Tuesday revealed the fixed investments the comapany had in the financial year of 2023/24.

The publication reported that in 2022/23, Stacey’s business acquired another £800k in homes, as well as £1.5million in 2021/22.

The net worth of her companies fixed investments is currently listed as £3,843,981, plus Pickle Cottage which could be worth more than £2 million based on other properties in the area, making the total around £6million.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Stacey for comment.

It comes after MailOnline revealed that Stacey is worth a staggering £7.3million after dramatically increasing her fortune last year.

The Dagenham-born TV star, who presents BBC show Sort Your Life Out, has enlarged her earnings from £1.4million in 2023 to £3million the following year, with the former X Factor finalist’s business Key Map Entertainment now valued at over £7million.

Mother-of-five Stacey made a portion of her wealth after securing a reality show deal with the BBC, which follows her life with husband, ex-EastEnders actor Joe Swash, 43, and their children.

Also in Stacey’s company accounts which were published on Tuesday, the presenter’s high earnings were filed, showcasing her continued success in the TV industry.

She is about to open up her home for the couple’s new BBC reality show, which Joe admits documents ‘the good, the bad, the happy, and the sad.’

Stacey, who has a large 6million following on Instagram, turned her crafting hobby into a BBC show, where she shares her tips and declutters family homes.

Last year, Sort Your Life Out won the National Television Award for Factual Entertainment and has since been renewed for a new series.

The former singer has earned her fortune by fronting multiple womenswear and children’s ranges with high street giant Primark, homeware collections in supermarket Asda, and lucrative social media deals with the likes of Jet2 and In The Style.

Stacey’s new reality series, which airs for the first time on Tuesday evening at 8pm, promises to be a ‘warts and all’ showing of the couple’s busy family life with five children as the cameras follow their every move.

The pair, who got married in 2022, spoke about navigating their romance on a public scale and filming for the show during a recent episode of the Newlyweds podcast with Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo.

Joe said: ‘We have our jobs in the public eye but when we go home it’s family, its kids, its friends that we’ve had for years, we go to the odd red-carpet thing, but we don’t court that sort of stuff.’

On their upcoming series, Stacey teased: ‘We did the filming, they literally just came with us wherever we went with whatever we were doing, whether it was the school run, or work and you forget they’re there…

‘Then you start watching the episodes and you’re like, oh my God, babe, people are going to see this.’

Joe added: ‘We wanted it to be real like warts and all and a real taste of what it’s like to be in our family and with the kids, we don’t hold anything back.’

Stacey met Joe when she won I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2010 and the former soap star co-hosted the show’s spinoff programme.

Joe recently admitted to being ‘totally infatuated’ by Stacey as she competed on the jungle series, which he previously won himself in 2008.

After proposing to Stacey on Christmas Eve, the couple got married in an intimate Jewish ceremony at their Essex home in 2022 surrounded by close friends and family.

Stacey and Joe share three children together, son Rex, five, and daughters Rose, three, and Belle, two, as well as two dogs named Teddy and Peanut.

The former Jungle Queen is also a mother to son Zachery, 17, who she gave birth to when she was a teenager, from her relationship with ex-boyfriend Dean Cox.

She shares son Leighton, 12, with former fiancé Aaron Barnham, while Joe is a father to son Harry with ex-Emma Sophocleous.
