In May 2023, it was reported that homegrown Hollywood star Nicole bought her sixth apartment in the flashy Landmark Latitude complex in Milsons Point on the North Shore.
The Big Little Lies actress paid an eye-watering $7.7 million for the chic three-bedder, which offers a commanding view of Sydney Harbour.
Nicole and Keith, who own property in different company names, brought their tally in the building to $27.5 million with the purchase.
The celeb couple first bought a 420sqm pad on the 21st floor in 2009 for close to $6 million.
Three years later, they bought the slightly smaller 380 sqm apartment next door with better views of the harbour for a reported $7 million.
Then in 2011, they also splashed out $2.68 million on a 19th-floor apartment, which the Oscar-winner initially used as her home office.
Their penthouse suite in the building was where the pair hosted an annual New Year’s Eve bash.

Two years after tying the knot in 2008, the Oscar-winner and chart-topping singer-songwriter snapped up a 20-room Nashville mansion in the country music capital.
Built on a 1,115 sqm estate, they shelled out $4.89 million for the palatial property.
It boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, home theatre and ‘hobby room’.

The same year, Keith and Nicole purchased the five-bedroom, five-bathroom Beverly Hills abode for $6.77 million.
The property boasts a full-floor, upstairs master suite comprised of dual walk-in closets, a designer-chic bathroom and a spacious sitting room and office.

It houses, among others, Nicole’s Q7 SUV manufactured by Audi, worth around $54,000, which she’s known to drive.
In 2020, they added to their New York portfolio after snapping up a two-bedroom apartment in Tribeca for $5.3 million (US$3.5 million).
Southern Highlands
Purchased in 2008 for $6.5million only two years into their marriage, their sprawling country estate in the Southern Highlands was the Aussie ‘jewel’ in the Kidman-Urban real estate portfolio.
Located on 45 hectares, 145 km from Sydney, near the tiny town of Bunya, the beautiful six-bedroom spread is now thought to be worth $12 million.

Daily Mail confirmed on Tuesday that Nicole and Keith have split after a 19-year marriage and two children.
The Oscar winner and the musician have been kept apart of late amid their hectic filming and touring schedules – with an insider saying Kidman was left ‘blindsided’ by the split.
The source said: ‘Keith never sees Nicole, either she is filming or he is on tour. There was a lot of love between the two and they might not divorce, but there is a world that they both live where neither of them are in it.
