This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Midwood, and Windsor Terrace. How did they fare?

It has quite a grand street presence, and this 1880s Romanesque Revival townhouse also boasts original details like pocket doors, wainscoting, and mantels along with some later colorful baths. In the Park Slope Historic District at 17 Montgomery Place, it’s unusually wide at 30 feet and comes with a nearby parking space. This former House of the Day is still available for $8.5 million, a price cut of $1.25 million.

This 1870s Neo-Grec in the Clinton Hill Historic District is being sold “as is,” according to the listing. The photos show some marble mantels, moldings, and wood floors. This former Open House Pick is still available for $3 million.

In Midwood, a 1920s standalone has some vintage charm with a tile mantel, stained glass, columns, and retro baths. The single-family dwelling also has a garage. This former Open House Pick is currently off the market.

A spacious one-bedroom in a late ’30s elevator building comes with original details, modern updates, and good storage. It’s on the third floor of 40 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $650,000, which was $51,000 over the asking price.
