    Après avoir dépensé une fortune pour convaincre Kylian Mbappé de signer libre, le Real Madrid a de nouveau sorti le chéquier pour Trent Alexander Arnold.

    Comme Kylian Mbappé il y a un an, Trent Alexander Arnold se retrouvait libre de tout contrat. Et comme le phénomène français, la star anglaise a choisi de signer au Real Madrid. Un dossier totalement bouclé mais dans lequel les dirigeants madrilènes ont une nouvelle fois dû répondre à quelques caprices. Et cette fois, cela concerne le club de sa nouvelle recrue, Liverpool en l’occurrence. Pour que les Reds acceptent de céder Trent Alexander Arnold avant le Mondial des Clubs, Madrid a dû s’acquitter d’un chèque de 5 millions d’euros ! Un luxe que s’est offert Florentino Pérez. Un lot de consolation pour Liverpool qui perd l’un de ses meilleurs défenseurs et qui ne participera pas au Mondial des Clubs 2025.
