A bonus like no other: Casagrand is flying 1,000 employees to London for a week of sightseeing, celebrations and team bonding.
The company said a dedicated team had spent months planning the trip in partnership with major airlines and hospitality providers.
Casagrand, the Chennai-based real estate developer, announced that it will send 1,000 of its employees on a week-long, all-expenses-paid trip to London as part of its annual Profit Share Bonanza- a reward programme the company describes as central to its organisational culture.
In a statement, the firm said the initiative has, over the years, enabled more than 6,000 employees to travel to international destinations including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai and Spain. Many participants have described the trips as “life-changing experiences” that strengthened their sense of belonging within the organisation.
The company said the scale of the annual reward has grown consistently, reflecting its belief that the workforce is the driving force behind its achievements and must be celebrated “in the most significant ways possible”. This year’s trip will bring together employees from Casagrand’s offices across India and Dubai.
Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, said the tradition reflects the company’s ethos.
“Every year when we celebrate our people in this special way, it reinforces what Casagrand truly stands for. Our teams are the soul of this organisation,” he said.
He added that the joy of enabling first-time international travel for many employees is central to the programme.
“We believe in sharing wealth, and it brings us immense joy to know that so many of our people are travelling abroad for the very first time… Watching all of us fulfilling our dreams, creating memories and returning with a renewed sense of pride is one of the most rewarding parts of this tradition,” he said.
