    £81 million in property sales in May and June

    Average sale price just over £358,000

    Property sales totalling more than £81 million were recorded at the Island’s Land Registry over the months of May and June, according to information published by the website Propertyprices.im

    May was the busier month with 125 property sales completed compared with 113 in June.

    The information suggests activity in the local property market remains healthy.

    Looking at the breakdown of the local figures sales in May totalled over £44,761,000 producing an average sale price of just over £358,000.

    In June just over £37 million was transacted giving a slightly lower average price per property of £327,600.
