    Cuivre de Jbiel : Culico Metals investit 3 millions de dollars dans Kharrouba Copper Company

    «Culico a investi 3 millions de dollars en échange de 30 millions d’actions ordinaires de KCC, au prix de 0,10 dollar l’action acquise, soit environ 8% des actions ordinaires émises et en circulation de KCC», précise le communiqué.

    Selon la même source, la Société s’est également vu accorder le droit de nommer un membre au conseil d’administration de KCC tant qu’elle détient 5% ou plus des actions KCC.

    À noter que les actions acquises sont soumises à une période de détention de quatre mois plus un jour à compter de la date d’émission.

    Il est important de préciser que la mine de Jbiel produit chaque année autour de 3.600 tonnes de concentré de cuivre.
