Agoro, a leader in silver and gold collectibles, is introducing the world’s first blind boxes crafted from precious metals. The new line reimagines the format with limited-edition pieces in pure silver and gold, blending the thrill of unboxing with the long-term value of precious metals.
“Collectors already know the magic of blind boxes,” says Vedran Babic, CEO of Agoro. “What we’re doing is taking the same thrill and making it even more meaningful by crafting each piece in silver and gold. It’s a collectible you love today, and one that will still shine years from now.”
The debut lineup includes Star Wars Darth Vader foils, Marvel’s Spider-Man foils, and Disney’s Mickey Mouse-shaped pieces, including a Steamboat Willie tribute in pure gold. Foils are struck in 5 grams of pure silver or gold. Each release is capped at 5,000 units worldwide, with transparent odds that give fans a clear path to rare finds. Hidden among each run are 50 gold foils and 15 gold 1/2-ounce pieces, adding to the rarity.

Priced from $99, the series launches in October with Star Wars and Marvel releases, followed by Disney in November. All collectibles are capsule-sealed in anti-tamper packaging and distributed in branded 10-unit PDQs for retailers. Additional franchises and characters are already in development for 2026.
Blind boxes are available at agoro.com and select specialty retailers worldwide. At New York Comic Con (NYCC), Agoro will exhibit with The Toy Book’s sister publication, The Pop Insider, at Booth No. 1829.
