The ‘Best Retirement Home Developer’ category recognises the best developers serving the later living sector.
Churchill’s win for a third consecutive year emphasises its position at the forefront of the industry, as it was commended for the quality of its developments nationwide, including those in Calne and Chippenham.
The judges noted Churchill’s outstanding performance during a challenging year for the housebuilding industry, stating: “Churchill leads the way in later living, with its unwavering commitment to this sector – not just in the quality of developments it builds right across the UK, but in its tireless championing of the residential and social needs of older people.”
