    Lloyds Banking Group envisage l’acquisition de la fintech Curve

    Lloyds Banking Group plc figure parmi les principaux groupes bancaires britanniques. Les revenus par activité se répartissent comme suit :
    - banque de détail (58,4%) : vente de produits et de services bancaires classiques aux particuliers. Le groupe développe parallèlement une activité de crédit immobilier avec Cheltenham & Gloucester ;
    - banque commerciale (30,7%) ;
    - assurance et gestion de fortune (6,7%) : assurance vie (Scottish Widows) et non vie (1er distributeur britannique d’assurance habitation) ;
    - autres (4,2%).
    A fin 2024, le groupe gère 482,7 MdsGBP d’encours de dépôts et 459,9 MdsGBP d’encours de crédits.
