    La fintech Wise prévoit de transférer sa cotation principale de Londres aux États-Unis

    Wise Plc prévoit d’introduire ses actions en bourse aux États-Unis, ce qui constitue un nouveau coup dur pour la Bourse de Londres. Jeudi, les actions ont bondi en début de séance à Londres, atteignant leur plus haut niveau depuis septembre 2021. Wise a déclaré que cette décision permettra aux investisseurs institutionnels et particuliers aux États-Unis d’acheter ses actions, soulignant que beaucoup d’entre eux ne sont actuellement pas en mesure de le faire. Cette décision devrait accroître la liquidité des actions de la société, offrant aux actionnaires actuels « une plus grande flexibilité et davantage d’opportunités d’acheter et de conserver nos actions ».
