    Bowen Fintech Completes Reverse Takeover of MOH

    Bowen Fintech Plc (GB:BWN) has released an update.

    Bowen Fintech Plc has successfully completed a reverse takeover of Japanese crowdfunding real estate platform MOH, resulting in the rebranding to MOH Nippon Plc and the listing of its shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The company, with an anticipated market capitalization of £42.7 million, intends to grow MOH’s operations and expand internationally, particularly in cold-chain logistics. Shareholders overwhelmingly supported the deal, with shares expected to start trading under the new name on 19 August 2024.
