Council contractors arrived at the shelter – where protestors have been sleeping since Monday – at the crack of dawn today to install metal panels to block the demonstration from public view.
The stand-off shows no sign of easing, with Norfolk County Council ramping up the rhetoric and calling on protesters to leave.

The sheet fencing was put up while demonstrators were inside the 1950s brick structure, outside the North Norfolk Railway.
The protestors want to save it from being bulldozed and replaced with a glass and metal “travel hub”.
They have been staying there since Monday, when the workers first arrived.
Local businesses have been supporting them, bringing food and sleeping bags.
The stand-off has become known as the ‘We Shannock be moved’ protest, after the name for people from the town.
