    Russia heavily damages energy facility in Odesa Oblast

    Russian forces struck an energy facility belonging to DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine, in Odesa Oblast on the night of 8-9 October.

    Details: DTEK confirms that the facility has sustained heavy damage and expects that repair will take time.

    Background: Five people have been injured, large fires have broken out and civilian, port and energy infrastructure have been damaged due to a Russian drone attack on Odesa Oblast on the night of 8-9 October.
