If you enjoy Peloton’s Metal music classes, they should now be easier to find. Peloton has a new class collection called, “The Metal Collection.”
All of the classes in the collection feature playlists full of metal music. You can find the Metal Collection with other Peloton collections in the on-demand library.
So far there are 21 classes in the collection. The list of instructors who have metal classes in the new collection include:
- Charlotte Weidenbach (9 classes)
- Bradley Rose (4 classes)
- Kendall Toole (3 classes)
- Ally Love (2 classes)
- Matt Wilpers (2 classes)
- Erik Jäger (1 class)
Kendall Toole was a former Peloton instructor who left the company in June of this year during instructor contract negotiations.
The majority of classes in the new Metal Collection are Rides, of which languages include both English and German. However, the Metal Collection also includes workouts of the following modalities: Barre, Shadowboxing, Run, and Row.
As of right now, the oldest class date in the collection is September 28, 2023, with the most recent classes dated October 11, 2024. It is not clear if older Metal classes will be retrospectively added to the collection to make them easier for members to find, or if classes will only be added moving forward at this time.
Charlotte Weidenbach, an instructor who is well-known to teach Metal Rides, also announced the Metal Collection on her personal Instagram, stating:
“You asked for more Metal, you get more Metal 🤘🏻
Christmas is coming early this year 😉 I dropped two new classes for you, and not only that: they’re ALL in a METAL COLLECTION now for you to retake whenever you need it 🔥”
Charlotte also referred to her two newest Metal Rides from October 11, 2024, sharing that they are both 20 minute Rides. One playlist is comprised of European metal bands with the workout roadmap focused on endurance and sprints, and the other is a Metalcore playlist with workout roadmap focused on resistance.
