Konami Digital Entertainment has announced that Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 is in development.
Revealed in Sony’s State of Play presentation today, this second compilation will include PlayStation 3’s Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
As for extras, you can expect the screenplay book and Master Book for both games, the Metal Gear Solid 4 Database with further bonus content in Metal Gear: Ghost Babel and the Metal Gear Solid Digital Soundtrack Vol. 2.
For those with save data for any game included in Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1, you can receive bonus items in the Gold Camouflage for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and the Gold bonus uniform in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch worldwide on 27 August 2026.
Those who pre-order the game will receive Cardboard Camouflage in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and the LOVE BOX bonus uniform for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
