Metal Eden — Cyberpunk Action Game from the Creators of Ruiner: Release Date, Plot, and Gameplay
This video reveals the difficult beginning of the futuristic drama: the android Asuka, the main character, takes on a risky mission to save the inhabitants of the orbital metropolis Mobius. The operation is deadly, has almost no chance of success, and is filled with deadly challenges. On her way are ruthless enemies: high-tech Engineers and the harsh Internal Security Corps, who completely control the life of the city and mercilessly suppress any resistance.

Asuka enters the battle armed to the teeth: powerful firearms are combined with her lightning-fast mobility. Her fighting style is pure choreography: parkour on the edge of the possible, dashes with acceleration, running on walls and various tricks with a gravity hook. But the main thing is her special ability: transformation into an armored sphere, inspired by the aesthetics of Ghostrunner, gives her an incredible advantage and a chance to survive in the chaos of street battles. In this adrenaline cocktail, she is not just a fighter, but a whole storm, capable of changing the fate of Mobius.
Reikon Games, a studio known to the world for its action-packed cyberpunk action film Ruiner (released in 2017), is back in the spotlight. It was recently officially announced that Ruiner will be adapted for the screen. The game will be balanced by a professional from Universal Pictures, and the director of the Maze Runner franchise will direct the project. This means that we will see an epic, stylish, and action-packed movie, full of adrenaline and unreal emotions. While Ruiner fans are waiting for the film to appear on the big screen, Reikon is already preparing a new masterpiece — Metal Eden. The game is being developed for modern platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Moreover, gamers can already try out the demo version — it is available on all of the listed devices.
Initially, Metal Eden was scheduled for release on May 6. However, after the demo was published, Reikon Games received mixed feedback from players. Instead of ignoring the criticism, the team made a mature decision to postpone the release. The developers decided to refine the core mechanics, improve the balance and optimize the gameplay so that the final version would be truly memorable. Reikon emphasizes that this pause is not a step back, but an opportunity to make Metal Eden the kind of game that players will want to finish and remember years later. The new release promises to be loud – and, apparently, will live up to all expectations.
