Mr Cooley was born in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, on February 3, 1970.
His father, Bill Cooley, paid tribute to him via the website Much Loved. He said: “Remembering… Happy Days. Always on hand to help anytime… putting up the polytunnel, building sheds and mowing the lawn.
“One of our highlights on holiday in Devon was catching a mackerel from the fishing boat. So pleased with himself, a grin from ear to ear, back to campsite, light the BBQ, cooked his fish and ate it all by himself telling us all it was delicious! Those were the days!”
His funeral is due to take place later this month, and donations have been raised in his memory for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
