Dallas County Health and Human Services has launched the Urban Agriculture Infrastructure Support Pilot Program (UAISP).
The program is a collaborative effort with the City to support urban growers and farmers. The program will be offering funding that addresses the expenses associated with projects that improve the agricultural structure of the City. The planning, design, installation and permitting of eligible infrastructures will also be a part of the funding coverage.
The available amount for the program is $99,600 and will have a maximum reimbursement of $10,000 per applicant. The grant application closes Sept. 2.
