    Dix jours de pourparlers climatiques afin de préparer au mieux le terrain pour la COP30, l’attendue, la décisive, celle qui célébrera en novembre les 10 ans de l’Accord de Paris à Bélem, au Brésil, dans un monde plus fébrile que jamais. Ce vendredi 27 juin au petit matin, les envoyés spéciaux de quelque 200 gouvernements ont quitté la ville allemande de Bonn après dix jours d’échanges intenses et (très) techniques en préparation de la prochaine conférence onusienne sur le climat. Que faut-il en retenir ? Quelle tournure ont pris les débats, alors qu’au beau milieu de ces négociations, il a été scientifiquement confirmé que l’objectif de limiter le réchauffement climatique à 1,5 °C – fixé par l’Accord de Paris – n’est «désormais plus atteignable» ?
