A discussion on the long term availability of vet services for the farming sector is set to start the Tynwald session later today.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse has an urgent question on that as November’s sitting gets underway.
Following that are six priority questions ranging from the Treasury’s contingency fund to the patient per GP target figure.
The contingency fund has been drawn on just once this year with a million pounds used to help storm damage support last winter.
Onchan MHK Julie Edge has nine questions in total, Mr Moorhouse has six.
Ms Edge’s inquiries move from aspects of the new minimum wage early next year, to checks on agency care workers, certain regulations regarding the Westmoreland Village development and progress on the new Castle Rushen High School.
Also what budget has been made available for carbon literacy training.
Glenfaba and Peel MHK and former Cabinet Minister Kate Lord Brennan asks whether it is possible to amend an order for an area plan to remove allocated sites after its adoption.
The question about the patient to GP ratio comes from Keys Speaker and Rushen MHK Juan Watterson.
