A MARRIED real estate mogul has allegedly attempted to steal a female employee away from her husband with a £2 million “Indecent Proposal”.
Bombshell claims revealed in a lawsuit against Tamir Poleg have accused the chief executive of trying to bribe a married mother-of-two using cash pulled from his company’s stocks.
Poleg allegedly offered Paige Steckling cash, real estate deals and lavish trips in a bid to win her over, according to lawsuit documents, reminiscent of the 1993 film Indecent Proposal.
The racy film depicts a couple who is offered $1 million by a stranger for one night with the wife.
Paige’s ex-husband Michael Steckling filed the claim, seeking £3.6 million in damages tied to the breakdown of his marriage.
Michael named Poleg as the root cause of his 2025 separation, alleging he made constant attempts to poach Paige in lawsuit documents seen by the Daily Mail.
He claims they were in a loving, committed marriage and had never discussed separation or divorce.
Paige has confirmed her divorce in a statement to the outlet, however denied the allegations made to the court.
“My marriage ended for personal reasons, and the claims made in this lawsuit do not reflect the reality of those circumstances,” she wrote.
“I’m confident the legal process will address any inaccuracies.”
It has since been revealed the real estate magnate also left his wife within the same time period.
Specific details of Poleg’s alleged January 2025 deal included a lavish £1.09 million ($1.5 million) home in Park City, Utah, and a vow to “take care of her needs”, dependent on Paige leaving Michael.
The lawsuit alleges Paige informed Michael of the offer in that same month, just weeks before she filed for divorce in February 2025.
The pair met when Paige worked for Poleg at Utah-based Real Brokerage.
Lawsuit documents claim Poleg pulled £435,000 ($600,000) from the real estate company and funnelled the cash into the “indecent proposal”.
Just weeks later, he allegedly booked a hotel room in Miami for himself and Paige, however it’s unknown if she ever accepted the bribe or followed through.
At the time the beach-side getaway was booked, Poleg emailed Paige detailed instructions on how she could access the promised millions in two installments.
She has since told the Daily Mail that he sent the email in an offering of financial support, after she requested it.
Poleg has denied the string of accusations outlined in the lawsuit.
“No offers, no romance, no interference,” he said, also speaking to the Daily Mail.
In a message to his agents, he wrote: “These claims lack merit and are filled with inaccuracies.”
“I view this lawsuit as a clear attempt to exploit my public standing for personal reasons and I have rejected and continue to reject any suggestion of wrongdoing.”
He said Paige often complained about her marriage, leading him to believe the pair shared no “genuine love or affection”.
Michael is seeking £3.6 million in damages tied to the breakdown of his marriage, including “the loss of comfort, society and consortium of his wife,” as well as punitive damages, attorneys’ fees, costs and pre- and post-judgement interest.
The case remains before the court.
Poleg’s real estate firm has been valued at £660 million ($886 million), where he employs 30,000 agents.
