SML Isuzu Final Dividend Record Date 2025: SML Isuzu Ltd board has fixed July 09, 2025 as the record date for the final dividend of Rs 18 per share (180 per cent) for the financial year 2024-25. The record date aims at determining the eligibility of the shareholders of the company to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. It is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing AGM of the company.
The board of directors had announced the final dividend of 180 per cent at its meeting held on May 30, 2025.
“…it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors has fixed 9th July, 2025 (Wednesday) as the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to receive the final dividend for financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of final dividend by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM of the Company,” the company said in the filing.
Post the fixation of the record date, shares of SML Isuzu rallied 6 per cent on Tuesday to settle at Rs 2241.20 apiece. The stock’s 52-week high and low remain at Rs 2,300 and Rs 1,030, respectively.

Incorporated in 1983, SML Isuzu Ltd manufactures light and medium commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses. The company is a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and Isuzu Motors.

The one-month change stands at 2.76%, followed by more substantial gains of 10.09% over three months and 6.61% over six months. Year-to-date, the share price maintains a 6.61% increase.
Looking at the long-term performance, the stock’s value has grown considerably. Over the past year, it increased by 5.31%, while the two-year growth is a notable 29.33%. The three-year period saw an impressive 58.19% rise, and over five years, the stock jumped by 136.34%. The most significant growth was observed over a ten-year span, with a remarkable 198.70% increase. These figures highlight the robust long-term performance of SML Isuzu’s shares.
