    Orange : vers une cession de la fintech Anytime

    Orange fait part de la signature d’un protocole d’accord avec le Crédit Coopératif, engageant des discussions exclusives en vue de lui céder ‘Anytime’, une fintech filiale d’Orange Bank et spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des associations.

    Plateforme digitale de gestion de comptes et de services de paiement, Anytime propose depuis deux ans une offre innovante sur mesure pour les associations et les organismes à but non lucratif, incluant des outils avancés de gestion des dépenses.

    Les instances représentatives du personnel concernées au sein du groupe Orange et celles du Crédit Coopératif sont consultées sur ce projet en vue d’une possible réalisation de l’opération d’ici la fin de l’année 2025.
