Dividend Declared Stocks: In the ongoing quarterly seasons, several companies including HDFC Bank, Infosys, Angel One, ICICI Bank, Tata Elxsi, and Swaraj Engines announced dividends while declaring their Q4FY25 results. Some of them have also announced the record and payment dates for the said dividends for the FY2024-25.

Infosys Final Dividend 2025 Record Date
Infosys on Thursday announced a final dividend Rs 22 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend is May 30, 2025. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025.
HDFC Bank Dividend 2025 Record Date
HDFC Bank on Saturday said its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 22 per equity share (or 2,200 per cent of the share’s face value) for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend has been fixed as Friday, June 27, 2025.
Angel one Final Dividend 2025
Online broking app AngelOne announced the final dividend of Rs 26 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
The company will announce the record date for the said dividend in due time.
Swaraj Engines Dividend 2025 Record Date
Swaraj Engines board announced a dividend of Rs 104.50 for the financial year 2024-25. Friday, 27th June, 2025 is fixed as the Record Date for purposes of determining the Members eligible to receive the dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 15th July, 2025.
Tata Elxsi Final Dividend 2025
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 75 per equity share (750%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Record date will be announced in due time.
