From hefty payouts to stock splits, here’s a quick look at some headline corporate actions you that is scheduled this week:
CRISIL Rs 26 Dividend
CRISIL is rewarding its shareholders with a hefty final dividend of Rs 26 per share. April 14 is the record date, and those holding the stock before that are in for a payout.
Hexaware’s Interim Dividend
Tech player Hexaware Technologies has declared an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per share. Both the ex-date and record date are set for April 15.
Mazagon Dock’s Defence Dividend
This PSU from the defence sector has announced a Rs 3 interim dividend. The stock goes ex-dividend on April 16
Stock Splits on the Radar: Kapil Raj & Akme Fintrade
Kapil Raj Finance and Akme Fintrade (India) are set to undergo a 1:10 stock split. For Kapil Raj, April 15 is the key date, while Akme’s ex-date is April 17, with the record date following on April 18.
Sanofi’s Mega Payout
