Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Interim Dividend 2024-25 Record Date
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (150%) for the financial year 2024-25. The interim dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
BEL has fixed Tuesday, March 11, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders for the 150% payout.
IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Stock Split 2025
IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the company in the ratio of 1:5, meaning 1 (One) Equity Share having a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, fully paid-up, into 5 (Five) Equity Shares having a face value of Re. 2/- (Rupee Two Only) each, fully paid-up.
The company has fixed the record date for the stock split as March 11, 2025.
HUDCO 2nd Interim Dividend 2024-25 Record Date
Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) is all set to declare its second interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 soon. In its exchange filing, HUDCO intimated that the upcoming board meeting to be held on March 10, 2025, will consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.
In the filing, HUDCO said that Friday, March 14, has been fixed as the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the second interim dividend. However, it is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
