The Fund intends to make a number of Investments in the healthcare property sector. In its initial investment phase, the Fund will seek to make 10 to 15 Investments, although the actual number of Investments made will depend on available opportunities and capital, and is not guaranteed. The Fund will seek to select Investments that offer the best risk and return characteristics, rather than building a portfolio diversified across property types, location and operators.
